@jawnscoffee  yeah I'm taking it slow, cos I know my mental health would be affected by it. But I have a wonderful friend who is helping me. And my blood test results will be coming in either tomorrow, or the day after.

            and I am trying to take everything really slowly

@0just0be0yourself0  I know I need it, but self doubt is really hard to overcome, and it's a constant thing for me since I most likely have anxiety, amd with my parents that didn't believe harlf the things I do or say it hasn't made the situation easier.
            Yeah I know, I am actually suspecting that all those joint pain are because of all the trauma/mental illness/disabilities I have, and it all adds on. Cos it can't be due to excessive exercise cos I don't do any of that, and this has been going on for a year, but recently (3/4 months) it got worse.

            Of course you do deserve help in your problems and physical pain is a really important sign to get one! I know the situation is not easy and your contact with parents is bad. But are you sure there's no way to overcome that somehow? I was taught that ANY physical pain means your body is trying to tell you something. Like, when your head hurts, you should drink some water, because it's a sign of dehydration. Or when you break your arm, it hurts to show you that bone is damaged and you should move it as little as possible. 
            I know it may sound silly or obvious, but what I'm trying to say is, try to understand what your body is telling you in a way to be able to help it.

@RhuBlack  thanks mate, tbh I think he'll be home either this night, or tomorrow, everything depends on the call my parents will receive this evening from the clinic

@JoKleiss ouch! I am so sorry mate . I hope it does not go on for much longer like that,

@RhuBlack  basically he's still at the clinic, and he was operated yesterday cos they found what he ate (aloe vera) that was stuck in his intestines. They are trying to restart the normal stomach contractions, but for now no success.
            The main problem ia the cost, and we reached 750 euros in two days, which is bad
