Hey! Thanks for adding my story, what do you like about it so far? 

Okay this is going to drive me crazy! I have either a manga or anime or both on my mind. 
          
          I can't think of the name or author. All I remember is the end. There's a guy with blonde or sliver hair can't remember, he comes from a well off family I believe, he becomes a doctor and helps either his dad or grandfather who has a bad illness. 
          
          Then the second character is a girl with short brown or black hair at the end of the manga or anime and she becomes a lawyer and the last couple chapters are of them getting married and the last episode is the same. 
          
          Please I need help figuring out what anime/manga this is.
