Hi, I'm Jonathan! I'm an enjoyer of books, music, and computers and I'm experimenting with different forms of poetry right now.

Check out my friends at @kdcarson021, @isabella_bus07, and @adonalsium_incarnate!

About Me:

I'm an enjoyer of SNES-era chiptunes and modern 16-bit compositions, particularly those of Naoki Kodaka, Nobuo Uematsu, Yasunori Mitsuda, and Deniz Akbulut (although I also emjoy Koji Kondo, David Wise, Kenji Yamamoto, Go Ichinose, Minako Hamono, Hiroki Kikuta, and Matthew Valente) (I also *also* enjoy Minako Hamano, Jake Kaufman, Hideki Sakamoto, Yoko Shimomura, Danny Baranowski, Richard Vreeland, and Junichi Masuda) (shut up, I don't have a problem).

I'm primarily a consumer of hard sci-fi and epic fantasy, including The Stormlight Archive, The Three Body Problem, The Martian, and Ender's Game. I also appreciate surrealist comedies, such as The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and informative books, such as What If?, How to Invent Everything, and Math With Bad Drawings.

I'm an avid coder, primarily in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Swift, and Arduino (if you count that as distinct). I'm currently learning C#, C, and eZ80 ASM (gettin' closer to the hardware). My pet peeves include:
- Lack of distinction between mass nouns and counted nouns when using adjectives of quantity (
- Improper use of metathesis (e.g. 'nucyuler' instead of 'nuclear')

I'm an aspiring conlanger, and I'm currently working on my most ambitious language yet: '∫ ∭ ⎰ ∮ ∫ᅠ⨓ ⨓ ∰ ∫ ∭ ∫ ∬ ⎰ ∭ ∫ᅠ∬ ∫ ⨓ ' (translated: bad idea). I'm a choral singer, a digital artist, an enjoyer of classical music, and an IPA-obsessed grammar freak. I couldn't care less about astrology, but everyone seems to put their zodiac sign here, so I'll give in to peer pressure here and mention that I'm a Virgo.

If you actually read this far, props to you (also, I think you got some problems); I have no idea how long these are supposed to be!
