Joel Padin has always had a strong work ethic, beginning in high school when he performed well enough to enter Rutgers. He has also won awards in his field of pharmaceutical engineering. He received the Customer Service Award in 1994 for his role at Pfizer. He also earned the Bronze award for his work at Novartis.
