Born in Greenwich, London but lived in several areas of England, currently Lichfield in Staffordshire.  Started writing fantasy and science fiction back in late 70's, writing for several Role Playing Game magazines and also edited Concepts Magazine in late 80's.  Became a Photo-Journalist in late 80's and continued writing fiction during this time, found I didn't like newspapers and got into computer technology where I have been ever since. As well as writing short stories and a little prose I am currently writing a historical novel based on English Civil War.
