Im 18 years old, I run Track and Field and i do distance. I workout about everyday while just trying to get through my daily routine.For how much i can, Squat:315 lbs, bench:145, deadlift:315, i know im not that big but im only 121lbs ans im about 5'7 so i think im doings alright and i hope that your having a great day and if your not keep your head up and just keep remembering that your here for a reason so try to find it.
