So another relative has passed away. It's frustrating. I may have not been around relatives for awhile but I still care. The pandemic just makes issues even worse than they already are. The more messed up thing is I don't really go to funerals anymore after the ones for my parents, I don't have alot in me to go. It's extremely triggering for me. I hope my relatives can understand. Knowing my luck, they won't.

Hey everyone, sorry for the late updates. I've been going through some stuff psychological and interpersonal (probably good times to write in my journal with everyone but I didn't, I apologise). 
          
          There is alot of stuff I want to write about though.  I gotta figure a schedule that works for me, too.

All righty, I've been gone awhile. I took some me time off because my pre-draft Trauma Narrative did a number on me but the pre-draft of my Trauma Narrative is available to look at but I will complete it (eg. Adding more details and correcting grammar). Also, I've started my patient education for August 2020 journal please check that out please. It includes my WRAP plan too. As for the main blog, I'm working on it still so TBA on the blog. hope all is well. Chat soon.

Haven't posted new content in a bit because I'm working on my Trauma narrative, safety plan, WARP plan, a complete workup on Dissociative Identity Disorder with a work cited and helpful resource page, and a main blog site. Phew that's alot. I'll keep you posted as I make progress.

I just let an alter of mine have at the drivers seat while I was in the co-pilots seat. This a first deliberate event....due to my trust issues and all. But I think a form of drivers Ed will help here. I'm real happy right now.
          Also, there's (13) writing entries as of now. "Making our way to (15) entries, walking fast, because we're home bound!!!" I think those are the lyrics. I'm pretty sure. Lol
