@JollofHibiscus Your Mom is amazing! The fact that she respects what you like is beyond me. Not that my parents don't respect what I like, it's just that the TV show wasn't 'made for people like me'. And I try (force) people to read my fanfics and give me feedback. My bff is probably tired of me by now. I'm just waiting for them to accept that this is who I am. and I'm never going to stop talking about Ninjago. I've been waiting for a year, but miracles happen.

@Rainbowgirlforlife Actually, my mum likes the way the characters look like Lego. And people have come to terms that I'm never gonna stop talking about it. They even read the manuscript of my fanfic. Some said it was a bit weird, others said it was a bit cartoonish, but all of them said it was very interesting. People even wanted me to continue after I had ended it. So, if you stay true to yourself, they'll eventually respect your interests. Maybe.
