Rest In Peace, Shivers...
Today at my school, one of my classmate brought an injured pigeon who collided into the window into the class, claiming it was not moving outside, later, my teacher told him to throw them outside.
That kid did.
Later, I could not get this out of my head. So, I sneaked out during the second half of the class, and drove the bird to a vet. And I named them Shivers.
Sadly, Shivers didn’t make it.
Shivers. You were a brave sweetheart. I am sorry I didn't know what to do at first, and didn't save you in time. I hope you are happier in heaven, with your ancestors, the dinosaurs, and there won't be windows, won't be pain, and won't be people who saw those in pain and decided to do nothing.
I will keep the box I kept you in, with a poop of yours inside, and keep your last photos as my wallpaper. I will never forget you, Shivers.️️
Please, everyone, love all the wild lives around you, and try your best to save any of them because you all have the power to. All of you. You just need to WANT to help. Thank you a lot.
Please don’t be that teacher of mine who ordered the boy to just ditch Shivers, and please don’t be the group of kids later who poked him with sticks, scratched him, and enhanced his stress and misery.
Please, make Shivers be the last to endure such pain. I trust that you all can. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
