JDC is a free-spirit and a pluviophile. When not serving diners in a café, or delivering pizza at your door, you can find him walking in the woods, or on a mini-break around Canada or Turkey with his wife. He takes way too many photos of her! He calls his wife - a fairy flappy bird.
