Hi its been a year so um idk what to write anymore I can't really write but I've gotten better this year has been hectic but I'm finally out of a horrible relationship Im out of the hospital after 4 months and in not doing that well and may go back but other than that I'm OK

I'm just ranting rn but I've been 5 months clean from self harm and I'm having a mental break down and I want cut I can't calm down I'm actually sobbing my eyes out and the urge to cut its getting strong 
          
          
          Idk why I'm announcing this but I am 
          
          I don't wanna relapse idk what to do

@Smii7yTheThiccBish Oh, hon, I'm so sorry. I'm about.. four years clean now? But yeah, it can be really tough some days. Please don't hurt your beautiful self, there are people out there who care about you immensely. Even though I don't know you very well yet, I still care about you. Please please please take care of yourself. It's going to be really hard, but I promise it's going to be worth it. You can do this!!

@Smii7yTheThiccBish I went through a period like that. I needed my meds adjusted a bit so I could feel things again. Try telling your therapist/psychiatrist/trusted adult about this.
