Hi! I do covers for books here on Wattpad and over on Quotev. I have a cover shop on Quotev, so feel free to check that out (links will be righttt down the bottom!!) So my covers will have a form you will need to completely fill out. All the rules, details and the form are all copied from my cover shop. It is advised you request on my cover shop instead of by message here on Quotev since it is trickier and much more complicated. Here are the rules-
          Rules for completing form:
          Complete this form completely, an * means it is optional.
          Please attach images you want in cover
          Password is hippo
          No link to image= No cover
          Tell me what text style you'd like, for example- rigid, girly, fierce. You can add an image of text style.
          If you add a link to your story I will read parts of it to get the feeling of it.
          Background, what is the main image you want everyone to focus on. NOTE~ Instead of adding the main image in image/s, put the link in 'background'.
          Extras, little details like angel wings, butterflies, stamps, lens flare (tell me where you want the extras)
          Summary, add the major events that happen in the story, or add the blurb.
          
          
          EXAMPLE OF FORM-
          
          Title- Mary had a little lamb
          Subtitle*- Baaaaa
          Author*- Example
          Summary of story- Mary went on a walk with her lamb, the lamb goes missing, Mary tries to find her lamb, Mary goes home, the lamb is tucked up in a bed.

          Font color- Pink

          Extras- Can you add a few sticker butterflies in the corner of the page.
