I'm a fiction writer currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University online for my bachelor's degree in Creative Writing w/ a spec. in Fiction. I love creating people, places, objects, worlds, creatures, etc., and I've loved creating since I was a little girl. It's one of the reasons why I started drawing. I was too young to really understand what fiction writing was or what it meant, so I took up drawing.

To this day, I still draw, and I'm still as in love with it as I was then, but the difference between then and now is that I know what writing fiction is and what it means. Not only can I write out what I create for my stories, but I can draw them also. I draw my characters, locations, objects, worlds, and creatures all the time.

People have asked me all the time what fiction genre I'm better at. In all honestly, it's hard to see fiction in genres. Especially my fiction. I wrap so many other genres into what I write that it was hard to place which genre I write most of into my stories. Usually, I tend to write Fantasy with Science Fiction wrapped into that.

I used to write just poetry, because I was terrified of writing in paragraph form. It intimidated me, and writing in that way was painful for me. I got over that fear with the first writing class I took in my junior year of high school, and I haven't looked back since. I've taken many other writing classes since then, and I've learned a lot about what I write and about what I don't usually write. I took a playwriting class and it was dreadful, but I did it anyway and learned that I definitely do NOT ever want to write a play.

With my degree, I plan on writing fiction novels and maybe even video games. I also plan on taking art classes digitally so I can get a grasp of knowing what it is exactly I taught myself to do. Then, I can show the world my people, places, objects, worlds, and creatures that I've been holding back for 19 long years.
