The user can produce a tape from their dispenser-like elbows. Depending on which side it is one is insulative the other will strengthen electric charges. The user can light electric sparks on that side at any time by blinking, which as such reduces iq and smarts temporarily . Unluckily they cannot blink when they havent dispensed tape and constantly need eyedropps
