Daily Rant 10: I’m mad right now. Someone literally looked at my profile and decided they didn’t wanna work with me anymore because I’m “unprofessional”. Who said I came onto Wattpad to be professional? I come here to rant. Like where in my bio does it say, “Hi, let’s work together because I’m professional”. I might be taking this the wrong way but idk. They were upset because I changed my profile, don’t ask to work with me if I’m not allowed to change my profile.

I’m actually very stressed. I feel like my body wants me to cry but I can’t and I won’t. I’m too strong for that. I don’t cry and that’s a known fact.

@JourneyToSelfLove I don’t cry much myself, but it’s always okay when you do. Being strong doesn’t necessarily mean not crying. Crying is a way the body expresses extreme emotion, and it’s healthy, unlike stress. Well, actually, that was a little controversial of me to say, since there’s good stress and bad stress, but if you want to cry it’s most likely bad stress. Stress can be a motivator or it can be a roadblock, and if it’s a roadblock you need to find a healthy way to deal with it, even if that involves crying. A good way I deal with stress is screaming into a pillow, or going on a walk, or blasting music and talking to myself so that someone talks me through the situation. Take deep breaths and get some sleep. Blast music that calms you down. When I say calms you down, I don’t mean the universal orchestral or lofi. I mean whatever makes you feel heard, understood, and relaxed.

Daily Rant 9: I am obsessed with musicals, especially Be More Chill. So I ordered the original book and it came in today. So, I’m gonna read the book while listening to the soundtrack. This isn’t really a rant but ya know.
