@Otaku_Stoner420 you are not absolute trash. Your father has an obvious problem with his anger and he needs to get it checked out. My step father is like that and he will often give in to his anger. Your father is the bad person for degrading his family, never let his words describe who you are because he is obviously wrong. You are an amazing girl and you should praise yourself because you are a wonderful human being who was born into this world. Never let your father tell you otherwise. @Otaku_Stoner420 yeah I get what you mean, luckily for me none of my family has caught it but I've got people who could easily die from it. Just remember there is hope, a 100 year old man who had survived the great flu pandemic survived the corona virus, if your uncle stays strong I'm sure he'll get through it

@WolfyFluffy Thank you. Again, my uncle is the one who caught it and he’s always had bad health. What’s worse is he has two young boys in his house living with him.

@Noonecame1212 Thank you so much It’s just my uncle caught it and my family is worried. He has young kids and he’s had real bad health problems. So I’ve been stressing real hard ya know?

We have cookies, chips, cola, boneless pizza, anime, waifus, husbandos, depression, memes, and moral support! All is accepted no matter age, race, gender, or sexuality! ^^

@Otaku_Stoner420 holy heck that's heavy, your brother shouldn't be saying things like that even in a fight. If he does say things like that again, it's best to just walk out and let him cool himself down. If he comes after you, tell him that you need time to yourself. My sister has anger issues and when she does that kind of stuff to me, I find that if you tell them you need to cool off and walk out of the room, they won't get all fussy and think they've lost the argument. It also doesn't mean they've won either. 

@Noonecame1212 Thanks, that kinda helped. We got into fights before and that was one of the worst. He was yelling and cussing me out, saying that he would kill himself. My anxiety kicked in and I started bawling. That also was my worst anxiety attack ever, but thank you for your support!

@Otaku_Stoner420 ok this might be a bit late, but when you do have anxiety attacks, take deep breaths in and out. Each breath should last for two seconds. If it helps, take a walk when these things happen, or listen to music or watch tv to take your mind off the fight. It's normal for siblings to fight, even like this. It's the same with my sister and I, so if this happens again, try taking deep breaths and doing something to take your mind off things.
