Firdaus H. Salim is a published author, and a writing/reading coach in Mombasa, Kenya. In her written works, she goes by the pseudonym Beta Scribbles.

She is the founder of Cartoon Ink Writers Network (CIWN) which is a free online writers' community where members are guided to learn from each other and grow together. 
She also has joined other communities:
1. Earnest Writes Hub, where she serves as an editor.
2. Love - Infinite Unbound, where she is among the committee team.
3. Member of Inkcrane community.

Her love for poetry is beyond description. She started writing and coaching at a tender age. With her mastery in reading/writing skills, she guides aspiring writers to shine.
