Hi! I don’t think anyone will see this, but oh well.
First of all, merry Christmas! I hope you’ll have/had a wonderful day, regardless of whether you celebrate Christmas or not!
Second of all, I was planning to post a ChoDark Christmas oneshot, but I started too late and am unfortunately not finished yet (that’s completely my own fault). I’m posting two little sneak peaks here, mostly to force myself to at least finish this before 2026 comes rolling in. I can't promise anything, though.

Dark shoved his chair back, the legs screeching on the floor. Chosen flinched, not having registered Dark coming down the stairs. Dark ignored him, silently sitting down and slowly eating his egg.
"Hey.", Chosen said, hoping he could start a somewhat normal conversation with him.
Dark kept his gaze fixated on his food, but Chosen could tell he was listening by the way his eyes narrowed slightly.
"It's Christmas Eve today, hm? Do you wanna watch the decorations in the city?"

Dark shivered, feeling the cold wind fiercely blowing against him. He unconsciously interlocked the fingers of their connected hands with Chosen's, yearning for the warmth of the other.
"You ready to go?", Chosen asked, walking closer to Dark. He just shrugged in response, refusing to meet Chosen's eyes as the other let go of his hand. Dark didn't have time to mourn the loss, though, as Chosen immediately wrapped his left arm around Dark's waist, holding his other hand ready to propel them into the air.
Dark wrapped both his arms around Chosen, holding onto him tightly as they ascended into the sky.
