So...long time, no update. 
          
          I apologize for the extensive break, my personal life has been extremely...eventful (I've got two kids now, have been through multiple career/job changes, and multiple moves). 
          
          But! I am writing again and hope to have updates soon. I will be editing and rewriting parts of The First Soul first, then moving on to the next book in the series. 
          
          Originally I was cross-posting to Wattpad and Inkitt. As I am older, the content of these books will be more suitable for older audiences (18+). I will cross-post on both sites as long as I can, but if there is an issue with Wattpad, I will stop updating there and only use Inkitt. 
          
          I plan to start releasing edited and updated chapters tomorrow. Again, I apologize for the long, unplanned hiatus. Thank you, those of you who waited. See you soon!

Double Update on The First Soul, since I missed updates for a few weeks. I have one or two more chapters ready, then updates will stop until I get more written. 
          
          I can't force the story, or else I'll end up having to re-write a huge amount of chapters like I did with 25-30. If Kathryn and Dereck don't want to talk, so to speak, then I can't write their story. Currently my attention is being tossed between other books in the series, all of which come far after The First Soul. I just barely have books 2 and 3 started, books 4, 5, and 6 are a little bit further along, and the second and third series (everything is in the same universe and are intertwined) are in varying states of beginning/completion.

Realized that Chapter 33 of The First Soul wasn't published, but 34 and 35 were. This had been corrected, and 36 has been published as well. I have one or two chapters written up after 36, and will upload them over the next two weeks. I'm unsure of when the next set of chapters will be done, but they are in progress. 

...well that took longer than expected. 
          
          The First Soul chapters 25-30 have been revised/rewritten, and are published. I have the next six or so chapters written as well, and will do my best to publish one a week while I continue working on the rest of the book. It's currently about 1/3 of the way done.

I'm re-doing the last 5 chapters of The First Soul that I've posted. Once this is done, expect the first two chapters of Part Two!

Wattpad app is being difficult, so I plan to have a double update for The First Soul sometime tonight. Part 2 is in progress!

Another double update for The First Soul! I'm almost finished writing Part One, so Part Two will be beginning shortly!
