June Driver was born in 1863 and passed in 1940. She is said to still live in a cabin in the West Virginia woods with her cat Mexie.
She is known for her ghost town stories, notably the Locust Hill series, and also for ghost stories in general. She likes to sleep during the day (like Mexie) and to write at night with no sounds but insects at the screens.
