There's a lot more I could say, and maybe it'll eventually get out, but for now I mean... I'm done with this whole project. It's a weekly deadline I won't have to worry about anymore and I can rest until I start working on something else. It's a whirlwind of emotions, I feel a bit of everything: joy, fear, anxiety, sadness, and wistful thinking of how different things were when I started typing away.

Just going to say it right now, there's not going to be a chapter this week. I guess it's only fitting that in a project that ballooned out of control and taken almost a year longer than I first expected it to should have its final chapter be delayed by another week.

I'm back (again)! There's really not much else to say here. I'm fairly -- no, extremely -- confident that next week will be the last chapter. That's exciting but also terrifying. I expected this project to last until the end of December 2021, and instead it took a full year -- I suppose I'm always good at ballooning projects beyond their initial scope. Oh well, there'll be more to talk about next week -- if I finish the chapter on time, that is.

So... That took a bit longer than I expected. I honestly didn't mean to skip last week, and I had this chapter fully written, edited, and prepared to drop last Friday. But, instead some very good and exciting news (not related to this book) prevented me from doing so.
          
          Instead of posting this here, I spent the rest of that Friday celebrating, so, you know, it wasn't a total waste.
          
          But with that all out of the way, we do have this new chapter today: Chapter 76 of Come Find Me, now posted right here for free on Wattpad. Please check it out and please enjoy!
          
          We're coming up on the end here, folks. I'd estimate around two chapters left before I wrap this book up. Let's hope I can keep to a schedule this time.

It seems that September is quickly turning into a bit of a slump month for me, which isn't all that bad since at least I have the excuse of a busy birthday month. Still, I can't help but feel kinda odd about missing two weeks in a row.
          
          What started as an accidental week hiatus has turned into two, since I just couldn't manage to finish a single chapter. Perhaps it's just that getting so close to the end of this has left me with some unsure nerves. I don't quite know myself.
          
          I'll try to be back next week with a new chapter, but no promises, as I know things tend to sneak up on me this month.
          
          In the meantime, at least this means its a good excuse to catch up if you're not already. Happy Friday all and have a good weekend.

I think I'm on a pretty good roll for wrapping this up. In truth, I'm like 90% sure that this will be finished within the next three chapters... But I've also said that before and have been astoundingly wrong. So, I guess we'll just see where this takes us.

I promised I'd be back and on time again this week, didn't I? Truth be told, I'm actually kind of shocked I was able to finish this on time. We had some bad storms last night and the power flickered more than once. Thankfully we never lost power, but if we did then I'd have no way to finish this chapter.
