hello po!
after reading chapters 1 and 2 of secret code, here’s my thoughts so far!! ✨
first of all, grabe… ang intriguing ng story!! like legit napaisip ako kung ano talaga yung “secret code” na sinasabi ni Prof. Aldwin mahilig ako sa codes—pero to be honest, love ko lang sila, hindi ko naman sila inaaral ng seryoso HAHAHA so the idea na baka may deeper meaning behind them? OMG ang cool!!
second, i love how may suspense sa characters especially si Miya!! she’s so curious and mapanuri—yung tipong palatanong pero in a way na parang gusto mong sabayan sa pag-analyze medyo intense pero nakakatuwa HAHA and tbh may kilala akong ganyan in real life kaya feeling ko close na kami agad ni Miya
third, si Athena tahimik pero matapang! yung tipong soft-spoken pero may paninindigan, plus class president pa i really like her quiet confidence and curiosity. pero sabi nga nila, curiosity kills the cat ⚠️ kaya kinakabahan din ako for her minsan huhuhu
overall, super ganda ng story!! nakaka-hook, promise pero may konti lang akong confusion sa chapter 1 after ng convo nila ni Prof. Aldwin, parang bigla na lang tapos na yung class? tapos may folder na agad si Athena medyo naguluhan lang ako dun, sana may konting hint or transition para mas klaro yung flow ️
can’t wait to read more!! but for now, balik muna ako sa reading list ko (na gawa rin ng mga aspiring writers huhu ) tapos babalikan ko secret code once matapos ko lahat! ✨
