about to reread how to make friends with the dark for what’s probably the 30th time since i got it 

man my birthday is coming up and my little brothers is three days after it and my dads is 1 day after his and i haven’t seen my dad in 3 years neither has my brother i miss him man january is hard 

i’ve been so much happier but i feel like being depressed finds a way back to me consistently and then leaves
