Out of the box thinker. I love creating unique worlds and dropping my characters into them. 

I have always been an avid reader but it wasn't until I stumbled into the genre of  horror when I decided I wanted to write. Reading authors like L.A. Banks, Octavia Butler, Tananarive Due, Brandon Massey and TL Gardner made me want to aspire to their greatness.

Before reading them I had never read this type of fiction by and about black people. To say I was excited is putting it lightly. They have been my inspiration going forth. This is the type of writer I want to be.

For a while I was sidetracked writing romance, which I love, but it isn't my favorite genre by far.

So I decided to create this profile and pen name fir my non romance books. (Though some may have romance as a secondary plot.)
