            Thank you so much for reaching out to me and admiring my work. It's the sweet people like you who motivate me to keep my brain cells alive and running 
            I understand your frustration and disappointment of not getting your hands on the next book. Trust me I really do.
            But for your peace of mind, I'll be honest with you. I have a lot, A LOT packed up for the next book. And I want to make it as perfect for you guys as it is in my head. And I'm sorry it is taking so much time to shape it that way. I also know that you guys are the sweetest and most patient friends of mine and you'll understand the situation.
            I promise I'm spending some hours per week on this next project. I plan to update a few chapters before this year ends. *Fingers crossed*

            Firstly, Ethan and Neil are close and have a very sweet and sensible dynamic (credit goes to Lauret who raised him always keeping Neil in the discussion and making him believe firmly that his father is an active part of their lives.) (She had seen how Merlen struggled in that regard so she was careful from the beginning and it helped.)
            As far as 'being absent from most of his childhood' is considered, Ethan really looked forward to his tenure at KMA knowing he'll be around his dad much more often than ever before. And Neil(Flynn) also comforted him back.
            (You can check out the Q&A i hosted in my insta highlights where Ethan has answered a lot of such questions)
            
            PS - I'm working on the next book. Ethan is not the main character in that book but he'll be around. I hope you'll like it. I'm trying my best to publish it soon. It's still incomplete so... I appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you so much.
