          	Peacefully sleeping
          	Relaxing
          	Maybe even dreaming
          	About the future ahead
          	Comforting
          	Just hovering
          	Until things
          	Turn around
          	Changing
          	Images flashing
          	Burning
          	In the back of my head
          	Shallow breathing
          	Trembling
          	Sanity fading
          	I feel like I’m drowning
          	Suddenly
          	Fear rushes through my veins
          	Silently screaming
          	Fighting
          	To open my eyes
          	Falling
          	Through events from the past
          	Invisibly crying
          	Panicking
          	Until I stumble
          	Back into reality
          	Rough awakening
          	Sweating
          	Uncontrollable shivering
          	My heart’s rapid beating
          	Emotional freezing
          	Paralyzing
          	Images still echoing
          	Through my mind
          	No escaping
          	These nightmares
          	Still shaking
          	Feels like dying
          	When I’m
          	Choking
