@xXwalk_this_worldXx Honestly, you're completely right, I mean, I've been told by many people to quote 'stop being sad, it's annoying' and it's really frustrating because it's actually really hard to stop doing something that's basically apart of you. And it really sucks because when you're doing something to calm yourself people tend to get mad at you for it. I snap when I get anxious, scared, or if I'm on edge and my family hates it. Basically, other people need to back the FUCK off and mind they're own DAMN business. I'm really sorry about what happened and wish I could go punch the guy that said that to you honestly

I have really bad anxiety and I was running my hands through my hair and fidgeting cuz I was in a social setting and I have bad anxiety and this random guy walks up,looking really mad and says
"Will you Stop doing that?!?! It's dumb and Annoying!"
And obviously I was unable to say this because as I said anxiety
But what people need to get is telling someone with anxiety to stop doing a thing they do because of anxiety is like telling a river to stop flowing

I just realized how depressed I used to sound and I hate it

I also realized I started hating everything I did, yeah okay well that feelings gone
Don't worry about me no more! Though I've probably been forgoten by most, but I think I think that because I still have self doubt and I'm still self-conscious about everything BUT I still feel happiness, well, everyone does. If you smile a really smile before you've been happy.

If you've done something and felt your spirits being lifted in the slightest you've been happy
