My name's Tara and about a year ago I would have sat here and wrote about how I was just a 'normal girl' but a year ago, I would have been lying to you, and I would have been lying to myself. What is normal?

My family and my best-friend mean everything to me, and at this point in my life I can honestly say that. I wouldn't be here without them.

Family members always say to my mum, 'she's always reading' or 'she always has a book' and my mum used to reply 'she loves it.' She's right I do, a book gives you the option to forget the world for a while to explore to interact with all these characters and their lives, I do love reading. I love writing too. It gives you endless possibilities, I can do anything, I can be anyone, I can lose myself in a world I have created by my own thoughts sown together by carefully placed words,I can let people see what I'm thinking even if they're only looking at a page, and there must be magic somewhere in that.
