@Just_Manny When Emiya Alter was first released in FGO and when i saw the NP, i already foresaw the path he had taken. By following the footsteps of Kiritsugu, going gun blazing. Although he could have kept using UBW to use it may also affect his mental health, since it's a reality marble made by sheer will, his core, and mental landscape.
            
            And he became a hitman thanks to Kiara's brainwash... Hence ULW is engraved to the bullet as a sign that he really did follow Kiritsugu's path

@Just_Manny Given case files gave him the ability to transfer properties of NPs, we would have to look towards possible upper limits of reinforcement and alteration with Muramasa as an example. Perhaps a theoretical upper limit could be combining NPs, infusing  entirely new properties, unlocking true potential of weapons similarly to Lord Logres' unsealed Excalibur,  etc.
            
            If Avalon is plot armor, UBW is a plot weapon where the possibilities are only really bound by your creativity and how good of an excuse you have for the mana cost.

And considering the whole 'created modern magecraft' part of his resume, one can assume he can basically do anything that a magus has done just 1 million times better
