As someone who has been reading fanfiction since I was 10, y'all got me all the way messed up. 
          
          Reader inserts - No name for reader. No appearance for reader. Rule of thumb: give no eye colour, hair colour, and skin colour. Try not to describe the body type or hair length/texture. If one physical trait is given, I know a lot readers appreciate that its stated in the title/description: F!Reader; Chubby Reader; Tall Reader; [Canon character]-related Reader; etc. I've seen plenty do it in the introduction chapter, but it's so easy for readers to just skip those entirely. It's easier to put it in the title/description. Maybe even tag it. Also, matter of fact, can we band together to stop describing the majority of the reader outfits, too? Unless it's a uniform bc </3 
          
          Don't like to put Y/N but love the interaction writing a reader insert brings? Boy, do I have some suggestions! Try another insertion like ___ or (Name). Or write around a name instead of explicitly giving one like: He called your name. Maybe even giving a standard nickname everyone calls them but isn't too uncommon like: Princess/Prince/Love/Darling... instead of Babs/Hana/Luna, etc. But you should probs make it known that its *not* the reader's true name and that they have an actual name without giving the actual name. 
          
          Original Character inserts - Named character. Character has an appearance. Either or, or both. No, it barely counts as a reader if the "reader" is named but is left appearance-less. Barely counts if you make the "reader" a pale chick w sandy blonde hair she puts in a messy bun, but leave her nameless. Obviously, it's not a reader if it's some character named Ren Matsuo with red eyes and spikey black hair w freckles just bc its in second pov.
          
          Y'all don't have to do it specifically this way, you can write y'alls fics however and whatever. But the barest meaning for these two have been exclusive for as long as I've read them. Reader: No name, no descriptors. OC: Name and/or descriptors.

ngl I have Wattpad (this account) on my old phone and I'm logged into my main account on my computer, so I barely get on here. It really sucks on this phone. So, basically, even though I have updates of 'Cherries and Wine' on Quotev, those update are probably going to get over here much later. Just letting anyone who cares know. Aaaagh, I hate my birthday. But you know what's awesome? I got a new chapter to CaW done right before it happens! I can start working on the next chapter and avoid the birthday blues tomorrow! Enjoy the update to chapter two later today! 

Chapter one of CaW is updated to full length

I feel like I'm playing with emotions. Like, I said I'd do this or that but I don't end up doing it. AH! But anyways, I HAVE started on the second part of 'RaT'. I haven't finished the first part, but I wanted to rewrite it but that takes more motivation than I have. I find it easier to skip to the second part, finish that, finish the final part before going back and rewriting anything. So, yeah...Expect the first chapter to 'Cherries and Wine' to be published anytime THIS YEAR.

In my sad girl era now that I've finished the entirety of Weak Hero. It was such a good webcomic! Legit up there in my top picks. So how am I going to exist now? Like, WH has been one of the only things I've look forwards to. It feels so wrong. They should make a physical version of it so people don't have to rely on buying each episode. Because I want to reread it forever but sure as hell don't have that kind of cash. 

I hope you all have a blessed Samhain, Hallow's Eve, or whatever else you may be celebrating for these two days. This one is heavy due to some circumstances and a recent loss, but it's nice incorporate it into the celebration and remember them.

fml I'm dropping anything Weak Hero for a year. This emotional damage is not it. Goodbye.
