Hey Author, I hope you're doing okay.
It’s been nearly a year since you last updated the book "The Second Chance" (June 30, 2024, to be exact), and since then, there’s been complete silence from your side. I genuinely hope everything is alright in your life, and that you’re just taking some well-deserved time away.
I completely understand that we all have personal lives and responsibilities outside Wattpad. You don’t owe us constant updates, and your well-being will always come first. But at the same time, a small note or message even if it's just to say you're taking a break would mean a lot to your readers. It wouldn’t take more than a few minutes, and it would save your fans like me from the constant cycle of hope and disappointment.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve visited your profile this past year, hoping for even a tiny update or announcement. It's hard not to feel a little lost when something you were so emotionally invested in just disappears without a word. I hope this doesn’t come off as rude it’s just a frustrated message from someone who truly admires your work and misses your stories deeply.
Please, whenever you're able, let us know how you’re doing. Even the smallest update would mean the world.

@Juvenescent_Life Thank you so much for replying to me. It really made me happy to hear from you. I'm so sorry to know that you lost your drafts that must have been very upsetting. You put so much time, love, and effort into your stories, and it's truly heartbreaking to see all of that disappear because of an app glitch. Sadly, you're not the only one this has happened to. Many writers on Wattpad have faced the same problem, and it's becoming more and more common. Wattpad used to feel like a safe place for writers and readers, but now it’s full of issues. Because of that, so many amazing authors are leaving the platform. That’s why I would suggest saving your stories somewhere else too, just to be safe. Please don’t feel any pressure to update quickly. Take your time, and write only when you feel ready and happy to do so. We, as readers, understand and care more about your well-being than anything else. Just promise you won’t disappear suddenly again, okay? We really miss you when you’re gone, and your stories bring us so much joy. Take care of yourself. Stay happy, stay healthy, and keep shining. Sending you lots of love and warm wishes ❤❤

@weirdlyysane I'm sorry for the late reply dear, I didn't expect the readers to still hope for the book updates and I really apologize for not updating the chapters and to be precise, I got the feeling the books I write isn't appreciated much as I received very few comments and votes, and unfortunately the chapters to be updated have been lost as well and I have to rewrite everything, it is taking so much time and I'm losing motivation and also facing writers block to rewrite all again. I truly apologize for leaving disappointed and I promise to correct it as well. The updates might take time dear and I know I've already taken a year and there should be no excuse on my side but please be patient and no I'm not completely quitting wattpad and I'll back sometime.
