❝Who could ever leave me, darling? But who could stay?❞
flowers. one of the only things that seemingly stayed the same. when the world is off in chaos, flowers stayed normal. haruki took note of this; had learned about this pretty early on. it's not like she had ever really been a fan of change anyways. she knew that change was gonna happen but she hated it when it / did / actually happen.
"have you ever.. wondered what it would be like if you had a different life?" haruki asked, eyes shifting over to the male she sat with. he was someone she had met when she had came to fullcrest; a man who seemingly hated the cards he had been dealt. she could understand and / sympathize / with him. despite how sad it was.
red eyes shifted away from him after a few seconds, staring down at the flowerbed under her; the grass caressing her legs delicately. "i sometimes... wish that i did. things would've been ... / better / that way" she shrugs and allows the grass to touch her fingertips, enjoying the way it felt.
/. i apologize in advance for the angst i have given you  love you pookie bear <333
