I'm going to try my best to update yall with production to not only keep myself accountable with the development of STARHEART but also give myself an opportunity to communicate and gain feedback from the community.
Today I didn't write too much. I went and edited what I had written but as I was sick, I didn't stay on my computer for long. Tomorrow I'm gonna write the next big scene, stay on the lookout to tomorrow's update
It's been ages since I've been active on Starheart's convo board. I'm just letting yall know I exist and intend to keep updating the series. Weekly might not be an achievable goal but I'll do my best. Chapter 6 out soon!

I'm so sorry for the belated release of Starheart Chapter 5. So much came up during its writing. This will get better because I will have a set schedule over the coming months. I need to get a draft out now, but it will be updated within the next few days.
Expect Chapter 6 to be belated as well because I need to work on updates to chapter 5 this week. Chapter 7 will not be late though.

We got a top 5 on one of our smaller tags. Thank you so much for following the project and I look forward to posting new chapters.
In other news, Starheart Chapter 5 will take a day later than the expected release date, coming out on Thursday, May 16th, 2024.
daily update, taking a break from working on Starheart today. While I am proud of Chapter 4, I realized that the reveal towards the middle of the chapter probably shouldn't have been revealed this early. That was my fault but as a writer, you live and you learn.
I'm also collecting all of my drafts and plotting sheets to release after the novel finishes out. I'm still uncertain whether that will be free or locked behind a paywall, but it will give a behind-the-scenes look at the writing process.

Howdy readers! Chapter 4 should be live now.
Some final revisions might be made in the coming days. I honestly think I can make it flow a lot better but in its current state, id did what I needed to it to. Chapter 5 is set to release next week as always.
Chapter 5 will be the last Starheart chapter that will be written while I'm attending school. I will have about two and a half months to churn out better quality chapters for you guys. schedule will not change but quality may improve.

I skipped yesterday's update because I took a day off from working on Starheart. I wanted to spend some time with friends and family, as well as to organize my workspace. I am now back to working on the project. I've hit the phase where the initial energy I had in writing the first three chapters is fading and I really need to just put my head down and get to work. I still enjoy writing it, but there comes a time where the project becomes an actual project and not just a hobby.
Chapter 4 is halfway through draft 1. I will do another draft or two before it releases next week. Wednesday is probably the most likely time you can expect chapter 4. Chapter 5 will be in progress afterwards. Thank you for following the project yet again.
