I am just your average young woman who happens to love music, reading books, and watching movies. And writing. I love writing, but I'm horrible at making time for it.

I started writing stories when I was a kid. It has always been a dream of mine to become a published author. But I also struggle with being shy, insecure, and self-conscious about my writing. I think it good, but I fear others will think it's trash. So, to break this, I'm trying to be more open and share my writing. I won't post anything on here that isn't completed and edited, as best as self-editing can be. If you notice anything amiss, please let me know. 

I tend to write fiction. I write a variety of genres, but my favorites are murder mysteries/crime procedurals and fantasy. I do not write romance, but my stories may include a bit of a romance subplot.
