@KENNIEGUHH parents will be like that. Prove them wrong or just do anything, save up ur money and go. I'm in grade 9 and I do other ppl's homework and assignments to earn money. I've saved up like 3k. After saving up like 6k I'll start doing deliveries and all and earn money from that. There are thankfully part time jobs near me so I'll get one of those in like 11th and till 12th I hope to have saved much money. Studying in foreign countries is a little bit more expensive than here so I would put all that money in like paying for college and all.
