I found your book on Reddit and I might be willing to read it in the future. I also left you some tips to help you out that I think that might be helpful. I’ve been on Wattpad for a long time (11 years) and seen this app/website through many changes.
You’ll get your audience, but it takes a bit. All these people doing R4R/V4V aren’t always getting readers that way (well, that stay). Many just read or go through chapters voting without actually reading.
They don’t realize it’s not supposed to happen immediately but rather it takes a while. But like I said, if you have any friends who are willing to create an account and then read your book, vote, AND comment, then that’s great. Having a few Engaged Readers helps you gain visibility and if you see more popular books in your genre they don’t just have reads and votes but have a higher portion of reads vs votes and comments.
Anyway, I hope you get some more readers eventually.
