          And it is now officially Book I of The Last Chain Saga. 
          
          It will be available in paperback, hardcover, and Kindle, and the Kindle edition is available to preorder now for $2.99.

          Getting that star means an enormous amount to me, especially after all the work that went into revising this book.
          
          With the official release approaching, there’s also an important change coming here on Wattpad: on September 5, I’ll be taking down everything except the first 11 chapters. Those chapters will stay up so new readers can still discover Oyza, Yars, Liviana, and the world of The Spirit of a Rising Sun, but the complete novel will only be available through the published editions.

          I enjoyed your story and my favorite was Episode 5: Anywhere but Here. Oyza determination and cleverness were so engaging. One suggestion might be to add a bit more descriptive pacing during action scenes to make the tension even stronger.

My book is back! And it's basically done, just a few more edits here and there. I'm planning to self-publish it through Amazon KDP this summer, but you can read the whole thing now for free if you want to.

Based on some more feedback... I just spent a long time completely rewriting my first chapter. Feel like I've rewritten that one 50+ times now. For whatever reason, it's clearly the most difficult chapter in the entire book to get just right. So much is dependent on that chapter! So scary.

I have been doing tons of edits in Scrivener, the program I use to write the main copy of my book, and feeling tired of constantly updating Wattpad lol. Do other people have this problem, too? I am thinking about taking my book offline for a little while until I finish more edits...
          
          Also apologies for falling behind on reading! Hoping to catch up very soon. It's been hectic lately.
