Small writing milestone! 
          
          I earned the Wattpad Ambassador Diamond 30k+ badge for April 2026, which means I published over **30,000 words** during the month of April!
          
          I’m really proud of this one because it represents a lot of time, consistency, and work poured into the Scentmarked series. Thank you to everyone who has been reading, commenting, and encouraging me along the way.

As I’ve continued writing Light of the Broken Tongue, I realized there was one more piece of the story I wanted to tell before Book 3 truly begins. I’ve gone back and added a new epilogue to Crowned in Flame and Storm that gives a glimpse of what is coming next and the events that set everything in motion.
          
          The epilogue, The Awakening Below, is published now if you’d like to check it out before continuing into Book 3.

The Scentmarked Archive is now officially up on Wattpad.
          
          This is the companion to the series—everything from dragon elements and magical creatures to maps, codices, and deeper world lore. It’s meant to be explored however you want, whether alongside the story or on its own.

I’ve been working on updating parts of Scentless Sovarielle, and all of the changes are now live.
          
          I revised Chapter 1 to better develop the final lesson Elle’s mother gives her. I also wrote six new chapters that take place between Chapters 16 and 17, expanding on Elle’s time with the Skyfang horde before she leaves with Vesk. Chapter 17 has been rewritten to better connect with those additions.
          
          Later in the story, I expanded Chapter 38 and split it into two chapters: The Moment of Realization and The Moment of Choice. Giving those scenes more space made the emotional shift feel stronger and more natural.
          
          I really feel like these changes improve the story, especially Elle’s development and her connection to Skyfang, and I’d encourage you to go back and read the updated sections.
          
          All of the updated and new chapters have been posted.

I’ve officially finished writing the final chapter of Crowned in Flame and Storm.
          
          It’s been an incredible journey writing this story, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has been reading, commenting, and sharing your thoughts along the way. Seeing your reactions to the characters and this world has meant more to me than I can say.
          
          The final chapter of Crowned in Flame and Storm will be posted on March 20. On the same day, the first five chapters of the third and final book in the series, Light of the Broken Tongue, will also be released.
          
          While the next story will explore new parts of the world—including the fey kingdom and the magic language of Syvareth—you’ll still see familiar characters along the way.

Today (2/27) is Anosmia Awareness Day!
          
          I still think it’s a little funny that there’s a day for my invisible disability — mostly because people forget I have it. Anosmia just means I don’t have a sense of smell. It’s not dramatic most days. It’s just part of how I move through the world.
          
          It’s also the entire reason the Scentmarked series exists.
          
          Without my anosmia, there would be no Sovarielle. Writing a dragon who cannot smell in a scent-driven world became the easiest way for me to explore and express parts of my own experience — just through storms, dragons, and magic instead.
          
          In honor of today, I’m posting Chapter 61 of Crowned in Flame and Storm: Echoes of Whispervale. In this chapter, Elle finally faces what has haunted her since she lost her sense of smell and the fall of her horde.
