AJ Pergamino is the pen name of the author. AJ comes from her initials, "Pergamino" is a tagalog term for "parchment".
She started to write stories since high school (1990) some of these are scripts which were used in classroom school play. Mostly are written in Filipino.
She grew-up in a poetic mountain that inspires her to read other stories and write her own stories.
She was a graduate of Liberal Arts, major in Social Sciences; with Master in Business Administration; and a Doctor of Philosophy major in Development Management.
Her philosophy in life as a writer is that "The wild and broad imaginations of writers initiated the changes in the universe. However, their talents and ideas belong to their Great Creator who is in control of everything".
