Why I vote for EVERY chapter I read and you should do too:  Writing is a very hard thing, it takes a lot of time to come up with a change that makes sense and/or an OC that is liked, an up-vote for a chapter is an easy way to tell an Author that his/her work or Fan-Fiction is appreciated and it should be continued.
( It also helps to show it more people )
