I just thought of this, why is it in Harry potter when he gets the first letter all the react videos on it talk about the address of the cupboard under the stairs but when the letters has that address on it continuously that don't sent someone before Hagrid, they don't react to that.  Like that had to have checked them before sending the hundreds of times
