Some writers know you better than yourself. We know when you're sad, we know when your happy, we know when you feel that you are lonely. It's our job to be there when no one else is. It's our job to be the voice of our readers, even if their voice is silenced by another. 
That's why I write. That's why I take my job, my profession, so very serious.
