Hi people, it has been a while. You may remember me as Nia Brooklynn or Quatainia, past pen names I have used on this and other platforms. I want to greet you all and catch up. How have you been? A reminder I want to say: no matter what has or is occuring, despite the darkness and suffocating trials, there is hope and a light at the end of the tunnel. A parting in the storm clouds. I know because I have been there, gone through that, and although I am still healing, I do not struggle with the PTSD, flashbacks, night terrors, anxiety attacks, fear of touch, irrational paranoia, dissociation, etc. that I once did.
