          Have him have a by in the preliminary and make him watch his potential opponents. 
          
          His actual opponent will be Sasuke. However, the match never finishes when halfway through the genjutsu falls on the stadium. 

So, I made the final decision to have Sakura on team 7 and have an entirely different team for Nobara Nara. I won't focus on them until after the waves mission. In book two. We're they will undertake d rank missions along with one c Rank with the same feel of the waves for them. Everything in there c rank will be original
          
          
          Also, Kaneki will partake in the chunin exams with team 7. I don't know how it will work.
          
          On one hand, I want him to get a double field promotion to chunin and Jonin, then take it just to make it formal or some bs.
          
          Or keep him genin, but the hokage has so much trust that he does a lot of dangerous missions beforehand, and Tsunade promotes him to Chunin but gets a field promotion during the Sasuke retrieval arc. And make him the reason everyone gets back to the leaf safe and sound.

So this is how we are going to do this 
          
          Hidden inventory arc will happen roughly the same time of the nine tails attack and the fall out. Which will be explained in a flashback.
          
          Shiko Nara has both Chakra and Cursed energy at her disposal, the same as the twins.
          
          I will also have Shiko explain how cursed energy and chakra used to be one power. Explaining how Chakra came from the Soul while curse energy came from the brain.
          
          The Heian period was actually set in the Naruto world. Tengan sent everyone & himself that was a curse or only had cursed energy to this other world during that time a 1000 years ago, which is the JJK world of today.
          
          
          During that time, a decendent of sukuna found a way back into the Shinobi world, and a linage of curse energy users have been living in the shinobi world ever since.
          
          
          Anyway side track JJK 0 will happen one year before the timeskip happens in naruto

          So it will be revealed that Kaneki and Nobara Nara great x3 grandmother was from the Zennin clan but somehow had sukuna cursed abilities. was passed down throughout their lineage. 
          
          Although it was kept within the Nara clan.
          
          This, in terms, gave both Shikaku and shiko the ability to use cursed energy at will with both adopting the same cursed techniques as sukuna.
          
          While shiko trained both Kaneki and nobara in cursed energy. Shikaku didn't for shikamaru. Although shikamaru possesses cursed energy. It will be discovered later in the story by a fan favourite character from JJK.
          
          my aim is to make it as believable as possible and very little cracky.
          
          There will be a whole backstory on how the grandmother found ancient notes from someone ancient explaining how curses and some clans were transported to another world long before the heian period. And explaining how chakra and cursed energy was one but was split into two.
          
          Explaining how there were once two power cores in a human and then this ancient person split both into two separate entities on their own.
          
          
          This will, in terms show why the otsutsuki clan is far superior and technically can be cursed spirits. Living of a host is similar to how Sukuna operates with Yuji and megumi or how momoshiki operates with Boruto.
          
          And if you think about it.
          
          For momoshiki to take complete control of Boruto. Boruto must lose the will to live. Similar in how megumi lost the will to live, and that allowed Sukuna to take over him.
          
          Kaneki and nobara now shine because of who their father is.

So I finally figured out what would happen to kaneki during the Uchiha massacre.
          
          It will be kinda contradicting. But it's reverse isekai into a re isekai scenario.
          
          It won't be explained in this fan fiction. it will kinda be explained in an original story. Once he returns, he will forget an anime (the anime obvious) until extremely late during the story.
          
          However, some cursed techniques from JJK will end up being reworked by him during the fiction.
          
          (i.e.,sukuna curse technique will be wind style while fuga will be a fire style jutsu created by him)

The prologue arc is an experimental arc where I try to tell the story in 3rd person. I know that it doesn't allow the two main protagonists to show their personality. However, that will be rectified in the Canon arcs. The filler will be told in 3rd person, but the prologue is to introduce who's who.
          
          Team 6 & 7 will also be changed
          
          Team 6 will be Hideo Fuma (oc) Kaneki Nara (protagonist no.1) and Sakura Haruno
          
          Team 7 will be Naruto Uzumaki Sasuke Uchiha and Nobara Nara (Protagonist no.2)
          
          Team 6 sensei will be Kiyotaka senju. Who is in this fan fiction Lady Tsunade son.
          
          Team 7 sensei will remain the same
          
          Both the protagonist parents were on the same Genin team as Kiyotaka senju, and his sensei is Ibuki morino.

So we are going to start it with a prologue set during the itachi light novel book of darkness.
          
          We are then going to transition into land of the waves arc 1 which will follow nobara before we cut to Kaneki pre isekai arc before we go back into the forest of death.
          
          The pre isekai arc will give an insight in why Kaneki does what he does. Why he is so above the rest in hand to hand combat. (Taijutsu) it will finish with Kaneki explaining how he started to wrap his head around ninjustu and charka. This will be an original crime syndicate story. So it will have to be planned out so arc will be between 4 & 8 chapters maybe more. 
          
          The Chunin exam arc will once again focus on Nobara 
          
          (Note: Nobara will replace sakura in team 7 while a new team with Kaneki and sakura will be the alternative)

SO a proper part 1 has been writing for journey into darkness rewrite/Remake. It's one of the first times I tried my hand in the third person. I had to change the wording over and over again 2000+ word first chapter. This will also be available on 
          
          Kaneki will be the main focus for introducing you to my fan fiction before we switch up with the other twin. And introducing her character.

So I am wondering. Should I implement a disorder into my Naruto fan fic named L.E.S (Legacy eternal syndrome) where once a user of a sharingan gets there, Mangekyo, it is immediately an eternal Mangekyo?
