I strugle w long term depression and Chronic suicidal ideation, but im doing better recently. I grew up in an environment that was terrible for a child. My "father" is a narcissist, a manipulator, and an emotional abuser; meanwhile, my mother-because she didn't really see his flaws at the time-caused me to experience cognitive dissonance. Whenever I'd fly into a "hysterical fit" (which turned out to be the onset of panic attacks), my father would cover my mouth and nose with his hand to force me to calm down; naturally, I'd panic even more because I couldn't breathe. Thankfully, I'm out of that fucking environment now and am in regular therapy. Anyway, I'll wrap up this trauma dump here, lol.
