Painter is a villain of sorts. Not malicious, exactly. His main offences are breaking and entering and vandalism. He likes to break into museums at night and put in his own art, or paint on buildings. He's very proud of his work. Sometimes he'll take down someone else's art that he doesn't like, put it on the floor, and write 'oopsie' on the wall in sharpie. I'll give the full lore if anyone accepts.
