If you're talking about chapters of the same story, then it's simple.
The first few chapters will always have more views than your latest simply because some people notice that this story is not for them, so they don't continue reading. And that's completely normal. There's not one story where the first chapter has the same amount of views as the latest.
Another reason is that some of the active readers don't continue reading due to whatever reason. No time, account getting deleted etc.
In any case, don't let that demotivate you :)
