Karen Coles was born in Taplow, Berkshire. Following a fine art degree, she worked as an exhibiting artist, and occasional art tutor. She now lives in beautiful West Wales, where she's currently writing her third story, Wormwood. 

Mesmeris is her first novel, and is available from Amazon, as is its sequel Infixion.
