@Karmatic_Dreams maybe in the quirkless model you could have izu make a friend with a shy kid in his class and then could give katsuki some interaction with monoma 
            
            Also here is a little idea for izu's friend:
            Saki, male, long white hair, transformation quirk, shy but friendly once you know em
