Wrapped in Mountain Mist is now up! My first and probably the only fanfic that I'll write? 

Good day, everyone!
          
          I want to share an important update regarding my projects and writing plans here on Wattpad. Previously, I announced my intention to finish Book 3 of the Pacifico Trilogy by 2025. However, my routine has shifted significantly as I am currently balancing the heavy responsibilities of working while studying.
          
          Beyond my busy schedule, I have experienced a profound personal shift since embracing Christianity. Looking back, I know that this series in general conflicts with my faith and contains elements that do not align with my beliefs. However, there is something about this third book that has deeply disturbed me that made me want to stop writing it entirely, specifically the mermaid aspect of it. Through my spiritual discernment, writing about mermaids with good nature has become highly uncomfortable and questionable, feels spiritually dark, and truly feels like a spiritual attack whenever I attempt it.
          
          Because of this, I am changing the original plot direction and the ending of the book to steer away from having a "good" mermaid at the center of the story. The change will not be completely drastic, but it will definitely alter the original plot I had in mind. To be clear, this will remain a fantasy fiction. The characters will not be perfect, and the story will still have its flaws and misgivings. I will not be changing much in the previously written chapters, aside from minor revisions, but this new direction will make the story flow differently and probably become longer.
          
          While I am working on this and thinking of how I am going to push through with the third book to finally complete it, I am also preparing a new fanfiction project. To avoid pressure, I am writing this new story purely as I go without any expectations. I plan to pre-write 10 to 15 chapters before I begin uploading it. I just wanted to say that I really love your stories, especially “Silent Echo of the Introvert.” I enjoyed that story so much because I’m actually from the place mentioned in it—Mountain Province. It honestly made me so happy because it’s the first time I’ve read a story that mentions the Cordillera, and even my own province.
          
          I’m also not sure if the word “kasiyanna” in your story has a different meaning or if it was used as a name, but in our language, “kasiyanna” means something like “it’s okay, there will be a better tomorrow.” It’s a word we use to encourage or comfort someone. When a person is sad or going through something difficult, we say “kasiyanna” to remind them that things will get better.
          
          And yes, haha, I really loved your story! Pirmi ay laylaydek din storym aynay tay gawi-gawis. ☺️ Thank you for writing such a beautiful story
